T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Associate to assist customers in a fast-paced retail environment, helping them understand coverage, plans and devices.

You will gain product knowledge and develop sales and service skills while participating in on-the-job training. You will contribute to a positive customer experience, using digital tools and a customer-first approach, with a base pay plus incentives and stock opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
