T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring Mobile Associates to support retail operations by helping customers with devices and service needs in a fast-paced environment. You will build knowledge of products, use digital tools to illustrate coverage and benefits, and contribute to a seamless customer experience.

The role includes on-the-job training and opportunities for growth within the company. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour base plus $5.00 per hour training pay, with a guaranteed $20/hour overall once

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet customer needs
• Utilize digital tools consistently to demonstrate network coverage and service benefits during customer interactions
• Complete required training to build knowledge of products, services, systems, and processes for effective customer support
• Engage customers by exploring their needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of technology and accessories
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
