Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring for a retail associate to engage customers and guide them through technology and service options in a fast-paced setting. You will build product knowledge, demonstrate solutions, and assist customers throughout their shopping journey to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage and plan features to enhance understanding.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes and wireless technology innovations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by management as needed.
