Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to engage customers, support selling initiatives, and perform store tasks with a focus on delivering a Legendary Customer Experience. The role requires availability for varied shifts, including nights and weekends, and to uphold safety and service standards throughout the store.

Experience is not required; retail, farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience: No experience required. Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers and team members to deliver Legendary Customer Experience.
• Operate cash register and follow cash handling procedures.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and keep store clean and organized.
• Complete Plan-o-gram procedures, merchandise assembly, and pricing changes.
• Maintain safety and well-being of birds and poultry handling areas.
