Job summary

The Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to interact with customers and fellow team members, support selling initiatives, and perform assigned tasks while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

Responsibilities include cash handling, merchandising, freight processing, and assisting customers with loading purchases. No experience required; high school diploma preferred. You’ll work varied shifts in a fast-paced retail environment and help ensure a safe, friendly store.

Qualifications

• No experience required; retail experience and/or farming knowledge is strongly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required; reading, writing and counting accurately are essential.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills are important.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and uncover needs; recommend product solutions.
• Operate cash register and follow cash handling procedures.
• Complete merchandising tasks, freight processing, and plan-o-grams.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and ensure a Legendary shopping experience.
• Maintain safety and care for birds and poultry and perform related duties as assigned.
