Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking Team Members to deliver Legendary Customer Experience while supporting selling initiatives and performing assigned tasks. You’ll interact with customers and teammates, maintain attendance, and work varied hours including nights and weekends.

You will handle merchandising, pricing, and basic store duties to keep the shop welcoming and efficient. Experience is not required, though farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• No experience required; retail or farming knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Must be able to read, write and count accurately.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are desired.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Provide Legendary Customer Service using GURA: Greet, Understand needs, Recommend solutions, Appreciate customers.
• Operate cash register and follow cash handling procedures.
• Recover merchandise and participate in freight processing.
• Complete Plan-o-gram merchandising, assembly, and pricing changes.
• Operate store equipment and assist customers with loading purchases.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming shopping environment.
