Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to support customers and fellow team members while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience. The role requires availability for varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, and a willingness to perform a broad set of duties from cash handling to merchandising and upkeep of the retail floor.

No prior experience is required, but retail familiarity and knowledge of farming or animals is preferred.

Qualifications

• No experience required; retail knowledge or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Legendary Customer Service by greeting customers, uncovering needs and recommending products.
• Operate cash register and follow cash handling procedures.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and manage merchandise recovery.
• Perform merchandising tasks including plan-o-grams, price changes and forklift/baler use when permitted.
• Maintain poultry areas and ensure birds are cared for and safe.
• Complete all required documentation for daily duties.
• Team members may perform other duties as assigned.
