Qualifications

• No experience required; retail, farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge strongly preferred.
• Must be able to read, write and count accurately.
• Ability to communicate effectively and provide Legendary Customer Service.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers and team members to support selling initiatives and tasks.
• Maintain regular attendance and flexible hours including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Operate cash register and handle cash procedures as established by Tractor Supply Company.
• Perform merchandising tasks including plan-o-grams and price changes; assist customers with loading purchases.
• Promote a safe, clean store environment, and ensure the well-being of birds in poultry areas.
