Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to support selling initiatives and deliver a Legendary Customer Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will handle cash, assist customers, and perform various store duties while maintaining safety and cleanliness. The role requires flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends, and a focus on teamwork and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• No experience required; retail experience and/or farming knowledge is preferred.
• Must be able to read, write and count accurately.
• High school diploma preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service using the GURA framework: Greet, Understand needs, Recommend solutions, Add value and thank the customer.
• Operate cash register and follow cash handling procedures.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and maintain store cleanliness.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of birds and poultry as required.
