Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to interact with customers and team members, support selling initiatives, and deliver a Legendary Customer Experience. You may perform duties from operating the cash register to merchandising, stocking, and loading purchases.

The role emphasizes attendance, flexibility in hours, and safety for both customers and poultry. No prior experience is required, though farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience: No experience required; retail experience preferred.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; reading/writing/counting required.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register and follow cash handling procedures.
• Recover merchandise and participate in freight process.
• Complete Plan-o-gram procedures and merchandising sets.
• Assemble merchandise and perform janitorial duties.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and ensure Legendary Customer Experience.
• Maintain birds' welfare and sanitize poultry holding tanks.
