Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to engage customers, support selling initiatives, and perform tasks to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience. You may assist with loading purchases and maintain poultry care as required.

The role requires flexibility and willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends, with a focus on safe operations and merchandise handling. Prior experience is not required.

Qualifications

• Experience not required; retail or farming knowledge preferred.
• Must be able to read, write and count accurately.
• Ability to work varied hours including weekends and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and uncover needs; recommend solutions.
• Operate cash register and follow cash handling procedures.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and provide Legendary Customer Service.
• Perform merchandising, stocking, and housekeeping tasks.
• Maintain safety and care for birds and poultry as required.
• Complete documentation for duties and any training.
