Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to interact with customers and team members, support selling initiatives and perform assigned tasks, delivering a Legendary Customer Experience. You will resemble the life out here and help neighbors and teams daily.

The role emphasizes reliability, flexible hours, and a strong focus on safe handling of birds and store operations, including merchandising, loading purchases, and ensuring a positive customer journey.

Qualifications

• Retail experience and/or farming knowledge strongly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required; reading, writing and counting accurately needed.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts with varied hours, days, nights, weekends and overtime as needed.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet the Customer; Uncover Needs & Wants; Recommend Product Solutions; Add Value & Appreciate.
• Operate cash register and follow cash handling procedures.
• Complete Plan-o-gram procedures and merchandise assembly.
• Perform janitorial duties and price changes/markdowns.
• Ensure birds' safety and well-being and manage poultry areas as required.
