Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to interact with customers, support selling initiatives, and perform tasks to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience. The role requires flexibility for varied shifts, strong customer service, and adherence to safety standards.

Team Members may perform duties across store operations, including stocking, merchandising, cash handling, and assisting customers with loading purchases.

Qualifications

• Experience: No experience required; retail or farming knowledge preferred.
• Regardless of education level, Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied hours, days, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Greet customers and uncover needs; recommend product solutions.
• Handle cash register following procedures.
• Recover merchandise and participate in freight processing.
• Complete plan-o-gram procedures and merchandising tasks.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and manage safety compliance.
• Ensure a Legendary customer experience and safe poultry handling where applicable.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
