Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to interact with customers and team members, supporting selling initiatives and performing tasks while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

Shifts are varied; responsibilities include greeting customers, uncovering needs, recommending products, operating the cash register, stocking, merchandising, and maintaining a clean, safe store environment.

Qualifications

• Experience: No experience required; retail or farming knowledge preferred.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required; ability to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Greet the Customer and uncover needs and wants.
• Recommend product solutions and ask to add value and appreciate the customer.
• Operate cash register/computer and follow cash handling procedures.
• Recover merchandise and participate in freight process.
• Complete merchandising plans and adjust pricing as needed.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and ensure a Legendary Customer Experience.
