No experience is required, though retail or farming knowledge is a plus, and a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

• No experience required; retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is a plus.
• Must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and uncover needs & wants.
• Recommend product solutions and add value to the customer experience.
• Operate cash register and handle transactions following procedures.
• Stock, merchandise recovery, and fulfill plan-of-gram requirements.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and maintain a safe environment.
