Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to engage customers and fellow team members while supporting selling initiatives and completing assigned tasks. You will be part of a team delivering a Legendary Customer Experience in a retail environment that blends farm, home and pet supplies.

Responsibilities include operating the register, merchandising, stocking, assisting customers with loading purchases, and maintaining poultry safety.

Qualifications

• No experience required; retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge strongly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required. Regardless of education level, Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register/computer following cash handling procedures.
• Recovery of merchandise and participate in mandatory freight process.
• Complete Plan-o-gram procedures (merchandising, sets, and resets).
• Assemble merchandise and perform janitorial duties.
• Execute price changes/markdowns and load purchases for customers.
• Promote a Legendary Customer Experience and ensure safe handling of birds.
