Michaels in Houston is seeking team members to deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop, locate products, and ensure a fast, accurate checkout experience. You will assist with unloading trucks, stocking, and keeping the store well merchandised.

You’ll promote the Rewards program, enroll customers, and support omnichannel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store while upholding SOPs and a positive, respectful attitude.

Competenze

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to provide a fast, friendly checkout.
• Familiar with rewards programs and enrollments.

Mansioni

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including BOPIS and SFS.
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
• Maintain store recovery, in-stock shelves, and merchandise presentation.
• Support shrink and safety programs and adhere to SOPs.
