Job summary

Michaels Stores in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a friendly Store Associate to help customers find products, handle checkout, and keep the sales floor well stocked. Responsibilities include assisting with truck unloads, restocking, participating in planogram updates, and promoting our Rewards program while delivering a fast, accurate checkout experience.

As a team member, you will support omni-channel processes such as Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store, contribute to merchandise

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift/move merchandise as needed.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and credit card enrollments.
• Assist with omni-channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store.
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking and planogram processes.
• Maintain store recovery and merchandise presentation to support in-stock conditions.
• Support shrink and safety programs and adhere to SOPs.
