Job summary

Michaels Westminster, CO is seeking a Store Associate to deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience. You will participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram compliance while supporting omnichannel processes like BOPIS and SFS.

The role involves merchandising recovery and maintaining in‑stock conditions. Preferred candidates have retail or customer service experience and can stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred
• Minimum age 16 years or older
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on the Rewards program enrollments
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in stocking, planogram (POGs), and merchandise recovery
