Job summary

Michaels Loveland is hiring a team member to deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers, and ensure smooth checkout experiences in a busy store environment. The role supports omnichannel processes and merchandise recovery to keep shelves stocked and well-merchandised.

Applicants should be 16 years or older, able to stand for long periods, and willing to work nights, weekends, and early mornings. Store duties include truck unloading, stock, and participation in store programs.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred
• Must be at least sixteen (16) years old for U.S. applicants
• Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the store

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience with cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments
• Assist with Omni channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes
• Maintain store appearance and stock with merchandise recovery and go-back processes
• Support shrink and safety programs and adhere to SOPs
