Job summary

Michaels Stores in Champaign, IL is seeking team members to deliver friendly customer service, help customers find products, and ensure a fast checkout experience. You will be involved in truck unloading, stocking and maintaining a well-merchandised store while supporting store recovery and SISO/AD set duties.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-store, locating products and providing solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience with accurate cash handling
• Promote and enroll customers in rewards programs and private label credit cards
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, planograms and store recovery to maintain in-stock conditions
