Job summary

Northern Tool + Equipment in Nashville, TN is seeking a Retail Sales Team Lead to greet customers, provide solutions, maintain in-stock merchandise, and support day-to-day store operations while promoting our credit card program and service extensions. You will lead customer engagements and sales efforts, maintain an organized sales floor, and mentor team members.

Open availability, weekend/holiday shifts, and at least 1 year of retail experience are required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail experience or more.
• Spanish language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, professional service to best serve the needs of our customers.
• Lead customer engagement and sales efforts while actively performing the role of a sales representative.
• Maintain a neat and orderly store environment including merchandising, planograms, displays and stocking shelves.
• Lead by example and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
• Support store leadership by acting as Floor Leader and opening/closing the store.
