Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail experience.
• Ability to lead, guide and mentor store employees.
• Flexible availability including some weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, professional service to best serve the needs of our customers.
• Lead customer engagement and sales efforts while performing as a sales representative.
• Maintain a neat and orderly store environment including merchandising and stocking shelves.
• Lead by example and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
• Support store leadership by serving as Floor Leader (about 25% of time) and opening/closing the store.
