Qualifications

• Background in customer service within retail, restaurant, or wireless industry preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a store team to deliver outstanding customer experiences and hit sales targets.
• Resolve customer issues and oversee daily store operations in the General Manager's absence.
• Set daily/weekly/monthly goals and monitor performance with the team.
• Oversee training, merchandising, stock, and store cleanliness to ensure planogram compliance.
