Job summary

Victra, a leading Verizon authorized retailer, seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead a store team, coach sales specialists, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will drive sales targets, merchandising, and daily operations, especially when the General Manager is away.

You should have retail or wireless customer service experience, 1–2 years in leadership, and a willingness to work evenings and weekends. Legally eligible to work in the U.S. is required.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service within retail, restaurant, or wireless industry preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team on sales, coaching, and providing outstanding customer experiences.
• Drive sales targets, quota attainment, and merchandising standards.
• Resolve customer issues and oversee daily store operations when GM is away.
• Set daily/weekly/monthly goals and mentor staff to achieve them.
• Monitor inventory, cash handling, and ensure store up-time and cleanliness.
