You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to lead sales, merchandising, and daily operations while developing Teammates. This role progresses from AIT with higher responsibilities, including training, recruiting, and acting as Store Manager in their absence.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales and guest service.
• Ability to lead and train Teammates.
• Strong merchandising and operations skills.
• Flexible schedule including weekends.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide legendary service.
• Lead Teammates and assist Store Manager.
• Recruit, train and develop new Teammates.
• Manage visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Oversee store operations and loss prevention.
