Job summary

Buckle in Tacoma, WA is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to drive an exceptional guest experience while leading sales, merchandising and daily store operations. You will partner with the Store Manager to train teammates, recruit talent, and support leadership in their absence.

The role progresses from AIT to a full leadership position with expanded duties, including coaching teammates, overseeing operations, and delivering Buckle’s customer-service standard.

Qualifications
