Job summary

David is seeking a dynamic retail leader to join our management team as a Dream Maker. You will build a high performing team, foster a world-class customer service environment, and exceed sales plans through coaching and mentorship.

You will lead floor operations, manage shifts, monitor payroll, and ensure a five-star guest experience while maintaining excellent inventory control and a strong talent pipeline. Prior retail management and POS experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or higher.
• 2–4 years retail management experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Prior experience with a computerized POS system.

Responsibilities

• Leads and models a customer first culture across all roles.
• Manage floor shifts, assign hours, and provide feedback for five‑star guest experience.
• Provide ongoing coaching to enhance selling skills and processes.
• Monitor payroll and hours to stay within budget.
• Drive monthly income goals via leadership and excellence.
• Oversee inventory, orders, layaway, repairs, and quality standards.
• Communicate daily sales goals and drive actions through team.
• Build a strong bench and fill openings within 30 days.
• Other duties as assigned.
