This role requires hands-on leadership, effective coaching, and a relentless focus on staffing, payroll, and inventory control to drive store success. You will manage shifts, review results, train on selling skills, monitor scheduling, and partner with associates

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or degree.
• Two-four years retail management experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Prior experience with a computerized POS system.

Responsibilities

• Leads and models a customer first culture across all roles.
• Monitor store payroll and ensure hours stay within monthly budget.
• Assist in leading the store to achieve Total Monthly Income goals.
• Monitor inventory, receiving, layaway, and ensure first quality standards.
• Communicate daily sales goals and drive action through team communication tools.
• Conduct weekly performance discussions for coaching and feedback.
• Build a strong bench and talent pipeline; staff the store within 30 days.
• Other duties as assigned.
