David’s Bridal in Naperville is seeking a dynamic manager to build and retain a high performing team, delivering five-star customer service and exceeding sales plans. You will mentor Dream Makers and guests, creating a trusted, engaging store environment.

You will lead shifts, monitor payroll, review results, and coach for selling skills while ensuring inventory accuracy and on-time hiring. The role emphasizes leadership, accountability, and delivering memorable experiences for every guest.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or degree.
• Two-four years prior retail management experience in an apparel or specialty store environment.
• Prior experience with a computerized POS system.

Responsibilities

• Lead and model a customer-first culture across all roles.
• Manage shifts and provide feedback to maintain a five-star guest experience.
• Coach and train to enhance selling skills and processes.
• Monitor payroll, schedule adherence, and timesheets for all roles.
• Lead store to achieve Total Monthly Income (TMI) goals and oversee inventory, special orders, and repairs.
• Communicate daily sales goals and drive action through team communications.
• Support staffing and fill open positions within 30 days.

Education

High School Diploma or degree

Retail management experience (2-4 years)
