David’s Bridal is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a high-performing Dream Maker team in a fast-paced retail environment. You will drive five-star customer service, manage payroll within budget, oversee inventory, and coach staff to exceed sales plans.

As a dynamic, inspiring leader, you will mentor team members, manage shifts, and ensure consistent, world-class service while achieving monthly income goals and maintaining high standards across merchandising and operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or degree.
• Two-four years prior retail management experience in an apparel or specialty store environment.
• Prior experience with a computerized POS system.

Responsibilities

• Leads and models a customer first culture across all roles.
• Provide ongoing coaching and training to enhance selling skills and processes.
• Monitor the store payroll to ensure hours stay within the monthly budget and review timesheets.
• Assist in leading the store to achieve Total Monthly Income (TMI) goals by executing foundational excellence.
• Monitor inventory management, special orders, receiving processes, layaway, and repairs, ensuring first quality standards.
• Communicate daily sales goals to all team members and drive action through routine updates.
• Build bench strength and talent pipeline to meet staffing goals and fill open positions within 30 days.
