Qualifications

• High school diploma or its equivalent required.
• 2-3 years of related retail experience.
• One year of management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly to team members.
• Demonstrated ability to resolve conflicts and address root causes.
• Experience analyzing financial and statistical information to inform decisions.
• Ability to teach and promote suggestive selling.
• Commitment to working safely and mentoring others.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs and supervises team members in day-to-day operations within store departments.
• Mentors and coaches team members to meet customer service and sales goals.
• Oversees staffing, selection, and hiring to meet needs.
• Documents disciplinary actions and participates in promotion decisions.
• Responsible for store P&L, achieving sales and controlling shrink.
• Maintains a safe, customer-friendly store environment and strong product presentation.
