The position emphasizes P&L accountability, sales growth, and safe, efficient operations across departments. Candidates should bring prior retail leadership experience and a track record of mentoring teams toward performance goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2-3 years of related retail experience.
• 1 year of management experience.
• Rotational assignments in other store areas are helpful.
• Ability to communicate clearly to the team with direct guidance.
• Ability to resolve conflicts and address root causes.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and analyze financial info for decisions.
• Commitment to safety and training across the team.

Responsabilités

• Plan, direct, and supervise daily store operations.
• Mentor and coach team members to meet service and sales goals.
• Staffing, selection, and hiring to meet needs.
• Promote career development and succession planning.
• Maintain P&L, sales, and shrink targets for the department.
