Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or its equivalent required.
• 2-3 years of related retail experience.
• One year of management experience.
• Experience with rotational assignments in store areas and customer service is helpful.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and resolve conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and supervise team members in day-to-day store operations.
• Mentor and coach team members; implement strategies to improve customer service and drive store sales.
• Maintain store appearance and ensure prime shopping hours, product presentation, and company standards.
• Staffing, selection, and hiring to meet staffing needs.
• Enforce disciplinary actions and make recommendations concerning discharge.
• Ensure training is completed for all team members.
