Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-3 years of related retail experience.
• One year of management experience.
• Rotational assignments in other areas of the store and customer service experience helpful.

• Plan, direct, and supervise team members in day-to-day store operations.
• Mentor and coach team members to meet customer service and sales goals.
• Staffing, selection and hiring to meet staffing needs.
• Promote career paths and development needs; participate in promotion decisions.
• Disciplinary actions and recommendations concerning discharge.
• Responsible for P&L, achieving sales and maintaining shrink.
• Deliver exceptional, fast, and friendly customer service.
• Ensure safe work environment and Meijer Friendly Initiative in meetings.
• Train team members thoroughly and ensure coverage during peak hours.
• Spend time in-store communicating with customers and team members.
