Meijer in Michigan is seeking an experienced retail leader to oversee day-to-day store operations, mentor staff, and ensure a high level of customer service during peak hours.

You will be responsible for staffing, hiring, coaching, and succession planning, while upholding company standards, training requirements, and safe, friendly store environments.

The role also focuses on P&L management, driving sales, reducing shrink, and delivering Meijer’s Friendly Initiative in every customer interaction.

Competenze

High school diploma or equivalent required.
2-3 years of related retail experience.
One year of management experience.
Ability to communicate clearly and direct teams.
Conflict resolution and multi-tasking skills.
Ability to analyze financial information to guide decisions.

Plan, direct, and supervise team members in daily store operations.
