Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking a dedicated Supervisor to partner with the Store Manager in developing outstanding associates and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will lead the team to drive growth and uphold brand standards across the store.

You will coach and motivate staff, manage opening/closing duties, and ensure safe, engaging customer interactions while aligning with Our Values and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior supervisory experience in a retail setting.
• Ability to work peak days and varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Act as Manager on Duty when scheduled to address customer experience, vendor relations, or maintenance issues.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to support action plans and improve results.
• Perform opening/closing routines including bank deposits and shipment receipts.
• Set daily direction and goals for the team.
• Provide individual and team performance feedback to managers.
• Lead in-store customer experiences through selling and product knowledge.
• Train, coach, and motivate associates to improve selling and customer experience.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and adherence to policies across the store.
