Qualificações

• Proven experience delivering sales and customer experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a supervisory retail role.
• Ability to coach and develop associates.

Responsabilidades

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Lead store leadership tasks including Manager on Duty when scheduled.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to support action plans and drive results.
• Perform opening/closing routines and interpret company directives.
• Set direction and goals for the day/shift when associates arrive.
• Provide individual and team performance feedback to managers.
• Lead exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling and product knowledge.
• Create genuine connections with customers and make personalized recommendations.
• Train, coach, reward, and motivate associates to improve selling and CX.
• Reinforce selling expectations, performance, and accountability.
• Maintain safety standards and store cleanliness at all times.
