You will lead by example in selling, training, and maintaining a high-performing team that delivers feel-good moments to customers every day.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience and operational results.
• Supervisory experience preferred in retail.
• Customer-first selling culture experience.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.
• Ability to handle peak days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire and retain top talent.
• Lead and support store operations as Manager on Duty when scheduled.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership to improve results.
• Execute opening/closing routines and banking procedures.
• Set daily direction and goals for the shift.
• Provide performance feedback to managers.
• Deliver outstanding in-store customer experiences and product knowledge.
• Train, coach and motivate associates to improve selling.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and store standards.
