Job summary

Wireless Vision, a T-Mobile Premium Retailer, seeks a Retail Associate Manager to lead a store and drive sales while delivering exceptional customer experience. The RAM role develops team talent and coordinates operations to achieve monthly targets.

The position requires strong leadership, customer focus, and the ability to relocate within the market. Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of management experience in retail or a similar customer-focused environment.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to relocate within the assigned market.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Primary contact for store in the absence of the RSM, covering sales and operations.
• Recruit and coach top talent to build a high-performing team.
• Lead store meetings and communicate company updates for launches.
• Execute local store marketing initiatives to attract new business.
• Oversee inventory, cash management, and other operational metrics.
