Job summary

World Market is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a high-performance team in delivering a customer-first store experience. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, execute daily priorities, and uphold brand values and operational standards.

You’ll recruit and develop associates, analyze trends to uncover opportunities, and maintain loss prevention and safety practices while supporting a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience delivering results in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coach associates.
• Ability to plan, prioritize and execute daily priorities.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
