Responsibilities

• Deliver high levels of personalized customer engagement and coaching.
• Lead by example to achieve sales goals and drive store profitability.
• Supervise daily operations, including opening/closing, floor coverage, and delegation.
• Oversee stockroom, inventory flow, shipments, and product replenishment.
• Assist in training new team members and provide ongoing feedback.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and brand alignment.
