Walmart Inc. in Henderson, NV is hiring for a leadership role focused on supervising and developing hourly associates across store operations. You will hire, train, mentor, assign duties, and recognize staff while promoting a culture of belonging and exceptional customer service.

You will drive store performance by overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, while implementing company initiatives and engaging with teams to achieve sales goals.

Qualificações

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year retail experience and 1 year supervisory experience; OR 2 years general work experience and 1 year supervisory experience.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).

Responsabilidades

• Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, and promoting a belonging mindset.
• Lead and develop teams by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates; tour stores and give feedback; communicate store operations and initiatives.
• Drive the financial performance of the store area by reviewing P&L, budgeting, forecasting, controlling expenses, and ensuring sales goals are met.
