Job summary

Lilly Pulitzer is seeking an Associate Manager for our Lilly Pulitzer Retail Location in Charleston. This full-time, non-exempt, hourly role supports daily store operations, sales targets, client experience, scheduling, and asset protection.

The position emphasizes leadership, coaching, and adherence to brand standards, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and driving results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in fashion or retail.
• Strong supervisory, communication, and customer service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft & Apple technology.
• Knowledge of XStore and Tulip is a plus.
• Able to stand and lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed daily sales goals using KPI metrics.
• Drive sales using training tools and digital platforms.
• Provide feedback to Store Manager to act on financial results.
• Oversee assigned division of responsibility and ensure results.
• Coach associates with clear, actionable feedback and encourage team selling.
• Maintain cash handling accuracy and uphold store standards.
• Safeguard store assets and ensure visuals meet Lilly Pulitzer standards.
