Lilly Pulitzer is seeking an Associate Manager to assist daily operations at our Tampa retail location. You will help drive sales, manage client experiences, and safeguard store assets while supporting a specific division.

The role emphasizes delivering results, coaching team members, and maintaining Lilly Pulitzer standards. Candidates should have retail supervisory experience and be able to work flexible hours including nights and weekends. This is a full-time, hourly position with benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ retail or fashion experience.
• Strong supervisory, communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Apple devices.
• Knowledge of XStore and Tulip a plus.
• Ability to stand and move around the store all shift.
• Able to lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed daily sales goals using KPI metrics.
• Utilize training tools and digital platforms to drive sales.
• Provide feedback to Store Manager for action plans.
• Ensure Lilly Pulitzer selling culture and exceptional client experience.
• Oversee division of responsibility and communicate initiatives to team.
• Offer in-the-moment coaching to associates.
• Maintain cash handling accuracy per procedures.
