Job summary

Lilly Pulitzer is seeking an experienced Associate Manager to help run the store floor, drive sales, and coach a high-performing team. This is a full-time, in-store role at our Atlanta location, with an emphasis on customer experience and brand standards.

You will manage daily operations, uphold Lilly Pulitzer’s visual and service standards, and ensure exceptional client experiences while meeting KPI targets in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in fashion or retail.
• Strong supervisory, communication, and customer service skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft and Apple technology.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily sales goals using KPI metrics.
• Provide feedback to Store Manager to drive action plans.
• Oversee division of responsibility and communicate updates to team.
• Maintain cash handling accuracy and store standards.
