Total Wine & More in River Edge, NJ, is seeking a Supervisor to support store operations, drive a service culture, and lead a team in delivering best‑in‑class service for adult beverages and more. You will report to the store management team and supervise training, focus on product knowledge, and ensure compliance with alcohol laws while maintaining safety and cleanliness.

The role emphasizes coaching peers, resolving customer issues, and contributing to sales performance and KPIs.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience; 1+ year in a supervisory role within retail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team player mindset.
• Experience resolving customer issues and coaching peers.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

Responsabilidades

• Support service team, merchandising and front-end operations to drive sales and KPIs.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by leading by example and resolving issues.
• Supervise team members and support training and development.
• Ensure adherence to laws and regulations related to alcohol sale; maintain safe store environment.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness across the store.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
