Total Wine & More in New Jersey seeks a Supervisor to support management, drive sales, and foster a knowledgeable store culture. You will train staff and ensure exceptional customer service while maintaining compliance and safety standards in a dynamic retail environment.

The role requires 1-3 years in a supervisory retail capacity, strong teamwork skills, and the ability to resolve issues and coach peers. Evening/weekend flexibility is expected; a high school diploma is preferred.

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in retail.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Experience resolving customer issues and coaching peers.
• Familiarity with POS and inventory software.
