Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience required.
• Ability to lead, guide and mentor store employees.
• Flexible availability including some weekends/holidays.
• Love of tools & equipment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs.
• Service-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, professional service to best serve customers.
• Lead customer engagement and sales while acting as a sales rep.
• Maintain a neat, organized store with merchandising and stocking shelves.
• Lead by example and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
• Support store leadership by serving as Floor Leader and opening/closing the store.
