Job summary

Northern Tool + Equipment has a long-standing heritage serving tradespeople and weekend warriors who rely on tools and equipment. This in-store Retail Sales Team Lead role supports the management team with daily operations, merchandising, and customer engagement to ensure a fast, friendly shopping experience.

You will lead by example, mentor teammates, and help open/close the store while delivering service-first solutions and promoting our credit card and protection plans.

Qualifications

• Provide courteous, professional service to best serve the needs of our customers.
• Lead customer engagement and sales efforts while actively performing the role of a sales representative.
• Maintain a neat and orderly store environment including the execution of merchandising, planograms, product displays and stocking shelves.
• Lead by example, taking on additional responsibilities as needed.
• Support store leadership by serving as Floor Leader (an average of 25% of time) and opening and closing the store.
